Tender for the Provision of Architectural Services

Keynvor Morlift Ltd seeks to appoint a suitable firm to provide architectural services for a project at their wharf in Falmouth.

The Falmouth Wharves Marine Hub project, which is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, will create flexible industrial workspace through the renovation of four commercial buildings at the wharf as well as improved marine facilities, creating a unique asset for the South West.

The role of the architect firm under this contract will be to act as the architect throughout the project and we are seeking to appoint a company with previous experience of commercial construction projects, ideally including European funded projects. It is necessary that the refurbished buildings comply to BREEAM Very Good standard and it is expected that the appointed architects will play a key role in ensuring that the project complies successfully.

Companies providing a tender will be expected to provide the documents and information specified in the Architectural Services Call Off Contract Tender Document Submission list.

The contract is expected to start in December 2019 and run until 2022.
